I am so hoping this week finds a lot more accomplished. Dave and I spent the last weekend studying materials to get our 10 educational hours in required for our homestudy and adoption. I am still waiting on his passport to come so we can finish some of our dossier forms that are just waiting on his passport number. Today I am going to chase down a couple of documents that were notarized incorrectly or signed in the wrong spot. Dave's employment letter was done on Friday but we were unable to pick it up this weekend so hopefully today we can or it will get to us via mail by tomorrow. And today the mortgage paper will be sent to Texas to get apostilled. On our end we are getting things done fairly quickly but everyone keeps saying with adoptions many times it is a hurry up and wait kind of thing.

I have to remember in this process that I am not in control. That is still very hard for me to accept. I know in the grand scheme of things it is all in God's hand and control. I know that he will continue to see us through this process and guide us in the path that he has chosen for us, it is just a personality issue I have and letting go of complete control is very difficult. Please continue to pray for us not only for the funds but pray that we move in a swift, timely manner and we can get to our son as quickly as possible.

Thank you again for following us on our journey and being a huge part of Joshua's village. As always bear with this momma who at times seems like an emotional wreck :) Truly I am not. I am just a fierce momma trying to get to her child who needs her!
